Prima di iscriversi o di fare qualunque modifica al proprio profilo, gli utenti sono tenuti a leggere il regolamento.
Chi non dovesse farlo rischia di non poter partecipare alla top.
Queste regole sono state concepite per facilitare il lavoro del webmaster nella gestione della top, per impedire l'iscrizione di siti di spammer (siti porno etc.) e infine per un corretto rapporto tra utenti e webmaster.

Before subscribing or changing anything in their profiles, users must read the rules. Shouldn't you read them, you'll risk not to be able to participate to the toplist.
These rules have been conceived to make the webmaster's job easier as well as to prevent spammers from subscribing (like porn sites, etc.) and last but not least to keep correct relationships between the users and the webmaster.

Iscrizione e inserimento codice:

L'iscrizione è soggetta ad approvazione da parte del Webmaster.
Subito dopo la compilazione e l'invio del modulo, dovete inserire nel vostro sito il codice che vi verrà fornito dopo l'invio dei vostri dati. Questo codice vi consentirà di ricevere voti.
Il webmaster approverà l'iscrizione di un sito SOLO dopo aver verificato che il codice di voto sia stato inserito in una delle pagine del sito iscritto. Se il sito iscritto non avrà provveduto ad inserire il codice di voto entro 5 giorni dal momento dell'iscrizione, il webmaster della top rifiuterà l'iscrizione. Sarà possibile comunque iscriversi nuovamente.
Per accelerare i tempi di approvazione, si consiglia, una volta inserito il codice di voto, di contattare via e-mail il webmaster ed avvisarlo dell'avvenuta iscrizione .

Posizione codice/banner di voto:

Il banner/link di voto per la votazione dev'essere ben visibile nel sito/blog/forum. Se il codice di voto non è stato inserito in homepage, non è fondamentale (anche se cosa gradita), ma quanto meno dev'essere facile rintracciare la pagina con il codice di voto senza troppe difficoltà.

Nel caso dei forum, se il link o banner non è in homepage e si trova all'interno di un post, il post in questione dev'essere situato in un topic apposito e facilmente rintracciabile, inoltre non dev'essere impedito l'accesso a quel topic a chi non è iscritto al forum.

Per quanto concerne i blog, NON è consentito posizionare il banner di voto all'interno di un post: il banner dovrà essere posto nell'header oppure in una colonna laterale, in modo da essere sempre visibile.

Siti non ammessi:

Non sono ammessi siti che non rientrano nelle categorie prestabilite, presenti nel modulo di iscrizione.
Non sono ammessi siti o blog che impediscono l'accesso tramite password gateway (ad esempio, blog privati con restrizioni per l'accesso tramite password, etc.)
Non sono ammessi siti commerciali e a scopo di lucro.
Non sono ammessi siti pornografici, con immagini e contenuti osé o volgari, o che abbiano contenuti che a discrezione del Webmaster non possono essere ritenuti adatti a visitatori minori di 14 anni.
Non sono ammessi siti che riguardano il gioco d'azzardo e i casino online.
Il Webmaster si riserva il diritto di rifiutare l'iscrizione di siti che a sua discrezione non dovessero risultare conformi ai requisiti sopra descritti.

Dimensioni banner utente e ricevimento voti:
Non sono consentiti metodi per prendere voti illegalmente.
I banner dei siti iscritti nella top non devono avere dimensioni superiori ai 468x60 pixel mentre il loro peso non deve superare i 35 KB. I banner non in regola verranno sostituiti con un banner "blank".
Se gli utenti dovessero inserire un URL non valido nel campo destinato ai banner.
Il conteggio dei voti viene resettato mensilmente.
I siti partecipanti devono ricevere almeno un voto dopo ogni reset al fine di poter essere visibili nella classifica.
I siti che non riceveranno voti per un periodo superiore ai 25 giorni dall'ultimo reset, verranno cancellati dalla top senza preavviso (non è possibile per il webmaster avvisare individualmente tutti i siti prima della cancellazione).
I siti cancellati per questo motivo, se non sono intervenuti ulteriori e gravi motivi per la loro cancellazione, possono comunque iscriversi nuovamente alla top.

Aggiornamento profilo utenti:

Tutti gli aggiornamenti del proprio profilo utente sono soggetti ad approvazione da parte del webmaster della top. Finché le modifiche non saranno state approvate dal webmaster il profilo risulterà sospeso o non approvato. Per velocizzare i tempi di approvazione si consiglia di inviare una e-mail al webmaster oppure lasciare un messaggio direttamente nel sito Silviababy.
I siti iscritti saranno tenuti ad utilizzare un indirizzo e-mail valido e a controllare che le comunicazioni provenienti da questa toplist non finiscano nel filtro antispam.
Il Webmaster si riserva di aggiungere ulteriori regole e di controllare la validità dei voti.

Signing up and placing voting code/banner :

Registration will be complete only after the top webmaster's approval/validation.
Immediately after filling the form and submitting your application, you must insert a code that will be provided to you after submission. This will be the voting code that will allow you to receive votes.
The Top webmaster will validate your profile ONLY after verifying that you have inserted the voting code in one of the pages of your site. If the applying sites haven't inserted the voting code within 5 days from the day of application, the top webmaster will reject their application. If this happenes, you will still have the chance to apply again.
In order to get validation faster, it's recommended that you contact the webmaster via e-mail or through her site and inform her about your subscription waiting to be approved.

Voting code/banner placing postion:
The voting link/banner must be quite visible in your site/blog/forum. The voting code doesn't necessarily have to be placed into your homepage (even though this is highly appreciated), but the page with the code must at least be easily findable, without too many difficulties. If you have a forum, if the link or banner isn't in your homepage and it's inside a post, this post must be in a topic that can be esiily found and it musn't be a post that can only be read by forum members.
As far as concerns blogs, the voting code cannot be placed within a post. The voting banner or link must be in the header or in a side column, so that it's always visible.

Sites that won't be accepted:
Sites that don't fall within the pre-established cathegories, included in the registration form, will not be accepted.
Sites or blogs that prevent free access through password gateways won't be accepted.
Commercial / profit sites won't be accepted.
No porn sites, nor sites with vulgar content, nor content that the webmaster will not consider family friendly, will be accepted.
No gambling or online casino sites will be accepted.
The top webmaster has reserved the right to reject the application of sites that don't qualify according to the above listed requirements.
Banner size requirements and receiving votes
Illegal methods to get votes are not allowed.
Your banner must not be larger than 468x60 pixel and must not wigh more than 35 KB. Non regular banners will be replaced by a "blank" banner.
Vote counting will be monthly reset.
The sites taking part to the top must receive at least one vote after every reset in order to be visible in the top.
The sites that won't receive votes for more than 25 days will be deleted from the top without further notice. (The webmaster can't possibly warn individually all the participants before deletion).
However, the sites that have bee deleted for this reason can apply again,unless there are further and more serious reasons for their deletion.

Banner size requirements and receiving votes
Any change in your profile must be validated by the webmaster. As long as your profile isn't validated, it will result as suspended or not approved. In order to get validation faster, it's recommended that you contact the webmaster via e-mail or through her site and inform her about your subscription waiting to be approved.
You must use a valid e-mail address and you must regularly check that newsletters coming from these toplist are not in your antispam filter.
The Webmaster has reserved the right to add further rules and check the validity of votes.
